Conjunto Chappottin

During a stay in Havana, Felix Reed had the opportunity to photograph the historic Cuban traditional music band Conjunto Chappotin. With an extremely simple setup — a white cloth as backdrop and a small travel flash — these portraits were created to capture the energy and rhythm of Caribbean musical tradition.
